•Human Body is the most marvelous machine ever built
•It is greater than the Seven Wonders of the world
•This machine started running even before it is completed
•It builds itself as it runs

Timely Growth

•Every thing grew out of one original cell
•The original cell soft and jelly like
•Subsequent cells tough
•Cartilage, hinges, joints, glands, pump, pipes, tubes– New cells, all at right places
•Body taking form with perfect timing
•All of them working together in harmony
•Working together as a single unit
•Air conditioned - Temperature always 98.4

Self Repair

•You cut your finger
•Repair forces of the body rush up reserves
•Soon bleeding stops
•Substance changes its form – to a clot
•Effectively seals the wound
•White blood cells rush to the cut
•Engage themselves in repair and rebuilding
•New cells are formed in place of those destroyed by the cut
•Broken Bones get repaired and blood flow restored

•Healing does not take place only where man obstructs the healing - by his habits

Law of Nature

Health is the LaW
Illness is by violation of law
If you love people you are with the law
If you hate, you create a discord
Secret of Health lies in observing the Law
When we deviate, God gives us the illness just to remind us that we have deviated from the Law

Many live their lives dangerously
The funny thing is these people think there is no other way

What does Nature tell us?

I have given you a Body
It is your duty to maintain it well

If you don’t maintain it well, I will tell you about it by giving you some discomfort
like cold, caugh, etc. Some times I might even give you some pain like headache, etc. so that you understand you need to change your way of life. But these discomforts would be temporary and would go away. [Level 1 illness]

If you still do not change your way of life, you would develop ailments like BP, Diabetes, etc. which would stay with you more or less permanently, constantly reminding you that you need to change. [Level 2 illness]

If you still don’t change your way of life, your body would develop serious ailments like Cancer, when your body would stop working properly. This is a warning given to you to change your way of life. [Level 3 illness]

In case you still don’t change your way of life, I will have no option other than to take back your body to my place, give you another body and send you back to the earth again, to help you lead a new life.

•The heart lovingly pumps joy throughout our body

•It is stagnation in your emotional thinking

•It is there for a long time
